Subscription And Purchase Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can change or cancel certain types of purchases made through Mr. E Kit, including subscriptions, pre orders and try before you buy purchases where these options are made available on our store.

Not every product on our store will be offered as a subscription, pre order or try before you buy item. Where one of these purchase options is available, the details shown at checkout will explain how that purchase works.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Mr. E Kit, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase.

Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged for each scheduled subscription delivery unless you choose to pay in advance or cancel the subscription before the next charge is processed.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their selected duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it before the next renewal or charge date.

You can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email or subscription emails.

If a subscription order has already been processed, packed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel that individual order. In that case, our standard returns policy will apply.

Pre Orders

When you purchase a pre order, you are buying a product that is not yet ready to dispatch or is not currently available for immediate fulfilment.

Depending on the product, we may collect full payment, no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout. Where a remaining balance is due, your payment method may be stored securely and charged at a later date before fulfilment.

You can cancel a partially paid pre order if it has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched.

If a pre order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled, but you may still be able to request a return or refund in line with our Return And Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

Where a try before you buy option is offered, we may authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order.

You will then have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. The length of this trial period will be shown at checkout or in the relevant product information.

If you return the item within the trial period and it is received in line with our return requirements, you will not be charged the full item amount.

If the trial period ends and the item has not been returned, your payment method will be charged for the full amount due.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and with any original tags or packaging included where applicable.

You can manage eligible subscriptions, pre orders or try before you buy purchases using the links provided in your order confirmation email, subscription emails or customer account area where available.

If you cannot find the correct link, please contact us at support@mrekit.com and include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the change you would like to make.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
